Willa James is proudly handmade on the South Shore of Boston, MA. We will deliver your order to your doorstep within 10 miles of Braintree, MA. Just choose local delivery at checkout.
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12:00pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping days may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.
Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted. Gift cards and clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Do you offer gift wrap? We offer free gift wrapping on all Willa James jewelry orders. Just add your gift wrap message in the order details.
I am purchasing several gifts on the same order. Can I add multiple gift messages? At this time, we are only able to add one gift message per order, but each item will be gift wrapped individually. The gift message will be printed and enclosed with one gift tag.
I just placed an order, but I selected the wrong item. Can you change it? Can you cancel it? We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.
I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation from you? Yes! After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship, you will receive a second email that provides the tracking information for your shipment. In some cases you may be able to opt-in to receive text notifications as well. Please contact Customer Service (email@example.com) if you have not received your confirmation emails.
I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that? Because we process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to a shipping address. Please contact Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address.
I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that? As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.
I need to use two credit cards on my online order – how do I do that? At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order.
Will a signature be required for delivery of my order? At this time, a signature is not required for delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all of your available shipping options.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship internationally.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order? Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your Shopping Bag, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.
I have two discount codes. How do I enter both? We are only able to apply one discount code per order.
How do your promotions work? All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased through our website (shopwillajames.com). It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. Physical gift cards are not available at this time, but we plan to offer them in Fall 2020.

Are you able to donate to my charity event? We love giving back! All of our charitable giving is designated to the Waymaker Campaign which gives to various organizations all over the world. If you would like to apply to receive charitable donations, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have a tax ID number. Can I use that for a tax-exempt purchase online? We are not able to process tax-free purchases through our website.
How do I clean my Willa James jewelry? Because our fashion jewelry is 14K Gold or Rhodium plated, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating. The Willa James jewelry pouch doubles as a place to store your jewelry wether you are traveling, or keeping it safe at home.
Can you wear gold plated jewelry in the shower? We recommend taking your gold plated jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.
